WHAT IS A CONSULTATION?
The definition of a consultation may vary from attorney to attorney, so this is what I mean by the word and what you can expect when you schedule one with me:
A consultation is you and I talking about your case and me giving you my professional opinion about your options. It is your opportunity to tell your story of what happened while I give you my undivided attention.
I will narrow the information you give me to relevant circumstances before, during, and after the subject incident. I will examine any paperwork (medical records, bills, police reports, etc) you provide. My goal will be to address your primary concerns, putting you at ease by explaining how your issues may be resolved.
Consultations are by phone, in-person, or virtual - it's your choice. If meeting in-person is extremely important to you and you are unable to travel to Tulsa or Oklahoma City, just let me know. In most cases, when requested, I will personally come to your home to discuss your case.
You can call me any time for consultation but meeting in-person does require an appointment. Sending documentation, for my review, before we meet is very much preferred and appreciated but not absolutely necessary. We can always acquire documentation after your consultation.

Consulting with a lawyer is always in your best interest and it is free. Do it!
