- WHAT TO EXPECT -

You can expect to meet with me at the date, time, and location you selected on the consultation form. Whether we meet in-person or discuss your case over the phone, expect to be treated with dignity and respect. You will have my undivided attention. Once I am familiar with your case, I will address the issues that concern you most.

Expect me to be completely honest and straight forward. I will give you realistic options and expectations about your case. And I expect the same from you. I can't give you an accurate assessment of your legal situation if you leave something out or exaggerate relevant details.

Expect to have a firm grasp of what you need to do and what to expect before the consultation is over. Expect your questions to be answered and to have a better understanding of your legal situation.

If I determine that you have a case that I am willing to take, I will ask whether you would like to retain my counsel. If so, I will go to work on your case that day. You can expect to have a real conversation with a real lawyer that is sincerely interested in resolving your legal issues.
